September so far...

To be honest, there hasn't been a lot of "special activities" in September. We've just been taking it easy, trying to rest up for the holidays. Well, there was a two-week period where Buzz was busy canning pear sauce and salsa - about 50+ jars later, I think we're done for the season. And Baby-Baby got to go out and see daddy's softball team play, though the dinosaur-sized mosquitoes did put a little damper on THAT festivity. Mostly we just hung around the house, waiting for the cooler fall weather to come so we can enjoy the outside again.

Baby-Baby did get to meet Buzz's former boss and friend and his wife. As always, there were lots of cute expressions, cooing and even a little fussiness - and that was just from Bo! Kidding, of course - Baby-Baby made his usual good impression. Enough of the words - more pictures!

In the interest of full disclosure - this day was the only time he's rolled over. Ever since, he just lays on his stomach, sucking on his hand as if to say, "Yeah, been there, done that, not interested in doing it again."

August Highlights

August was filled with first meetings for Baby-Baby. After getting back from "the North", he got to meet all the folks in our church's evangelism committee, who threw us a belated baby shower. He also got to meet HBS's best friend and her son, who was just a wee baby himself when we got married. He got to meet Buzz's old roommate, and our housemate for a few months after we moved back into the area, Uncle Dr. Rod Evil! Finally, he got to celebrate both his Grandpa's birthday AND mommy getting a new carrying system called a Mobi Wrap. All in all, a wild and adventurous month!
