Okay, it hasn't been the 66th 4th of July for either of us - however, this was the 66th anniversary of the Breakfast in the Park! We decided to drive up to spend the week with Buzz's family. In hindsight, 12 1/2 months is TOO YOUNG to be in a car seat for two days... Once there, we had TONS of fun - the picnic, a combination July 4th / multiple birthday celebration, Baby-Baby's first time swinging, first time swimming, and first time trashing Grandma's kitchen! There was also Cousin Ben teaching Baby-Baby how to play the piano, seeing a pond full of ducks, and hanging out with Great-Grandma. So much activity crammed into such a short time, but it was well worth it. And it is wonderful to have a tradition, one with so much history. Enough talk - let's see some pictures!

The whole gang! (Nat was being shy...)

This swinging stuff is AWESOME!!!!!

What is the source of all this awe...?

The balloon glow! And a huge mass of humanity!

"But Mom, the book says 'Things That Go'...
I'm a thing that goes, see?"

Candles and cake, huh?
I'll be more excited next year...
